Problems with the License purchased for Trados 2024

I have purchased Trados2024, tried to activate the license, but kept receiving a pop-up of error stating that I currently have no licenses available! however, when I access my profile, the record says that I have one license in use! (I only have purchased one license, and only need to install it in one computer. Furthermore, the same "activation window" on Trados states that my use is "Trial" and I only have a few days left! Please, solve this issue, as this is my job and I need it resolved very urgently. Thanks.
