I recently installed SDL Trados 2024 on my pc (upgraded from 2019). I have two activations and now I have to install the upgrade on my laptop where SW version 2019 is still active. I get an error message when I want to deactivate. Deactivation offline it seems that Trados wants to deactivate SW 2024 as it says that the activation date is 27/09/2024 (the date I installed SW version 2024).
How do I have to proceed to install the new activation on my laptop?
Is it maybe an option to disinstall Trados 2019 on my laptop and then re-install Trados 2024?
