Hello, I installed Trados 2014 om my laptop several days ago, but now it shows to be in trial mode and I need to activate the license, but in my account it occurs as ”in use”, how can I solve the issue?

just leaving a note for other users who might read this. The issue was actually about Trados 2024 and has been solved via chat, by using the Reset license function.
License resets are not available for Trados 2014, please see gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge
