I would like to know how to pass Office from Mac to the new installed Windows in my Mac. Trados only works in Windows and I would need Word as well.

You will need to install the Windows version of MS Office (or Microsoft 365) in your Windows VM. Studio cannot interact with the Mac version of Office.
Thanks a lot, Walter. That means that I have to buy another Word version for Windows, even if I already have it in macOS, right?

Yes, but if you have a Microsoft 365 subscription, you can install Office in Windows without additional cost.
This is the advantage of the subscription versus buying the product.
