Licensing Help Required - Urgent

I renewed a subscription and went from Trados Team to Studio in terms of licensing to a named user account. Since renewal, I cannot sign in and I keep getting the following message (product license has been deactivated and Trados Studio will now exit) as well as (your subscription has expired). I paid for the subscription and my point of contact at SDL directed me here. I need this issue resolved as quickly as possible as I have projects now overdue because of this issue.
