Trados Studio 2024 Subscription does not appear correctly in my account

I purchased a yearly subscription on 7 October, but it appears in my account as starting on 2019/11/08 and ending on 2024/11/29. When I downloaded Trados, I can only access the trial version, not my full subscription. 

What steps do I need to take to access the full version? The trial ends on 4 November 2024.
