Cannot Activate Trados 2019 on new PC

Question

Hi, I wanted to activiate my Trados 2019 on my new computer, but I got an Error message: 
 Activation failed. Could not connect to the activation server. Check the activation server address in the provider settings. - The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden.

Could you please help?
