Trados 2019 Activation Issue

I am trying to install my copy of Trados 2019 on a second computer that I plan to take with me while traveling, but I keep getting a server error (screenshot attached). I've used my activation key, and it's not working.

SDL Trados 2019 Product Activation window with an error message. The message reads 'Activation failed. Could not connect to the activation server. Check the activation server address in the provider settings. - The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden.' An OK button is available to dismiss the error.

Help!
