Can't see license for Studio 2024

Question

I bought the upgrade from Studio Freelance 2021 to Trados Studio 2024 Freelance. 
 I downloaded it, used it during the trial period and now it's asking to activate the license, but I can't find the license anywhere. Studio 2024 only appears in my Downloads, but not in my Licenses. 
 Where is it?

Hi Natalie, 
 To process the upgrade from your 2021 version to the 2024 one, please follow the below steps:

Log in into your RWS account 
 Click on Products&Plans - Licenses 
 Click on the blue ribbon that holds the message 'You have 1 upgrade available' 
 On the page that appears click on Upgrade button again 
 Once all done return to licenses tab where the 2024 license code will appear.
