Trados 2021 re-installation after repairing my computer

Question

Hi, my name is Daniel Kim, a translator based in Republic of Korea. 
 I'm using Trados since 2011 and later upgraded to Trados 2021. 
 
 Recently I repaired my computer and tried to re-install Trados 2021 via Online Activation. 
 First, I logged in to my RWS account and downloaded TradosStudio2021SR2_16.2.10.9305.exe. 
 Then a trial version of Trados 2021 was opened. 
 In the activation menu, I copied and pasted my SDL Trados Studio 2021 Freelance activation code xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx. 
 But it says, 
 "Activation failed. 
 Could not activate this license. No licenses are currently available for the specified activation code." 
 
 Please help me out with this issue.
