Hi,
after working this morning in Trados Studio 2024 Freelance single user edition, I am now not able to open the program neither via shortcut nor with "All apps" -> Trados Studio 2024 -> Open
The opening window appears for few seconds and then disappears. Reset of the computer and "Repair" under "Control panel" -> Programs "Uninstall a program" -> "Uninstall/Change" -> "Setup has been completed successfully" does not change anything.
When I go to my RWS account, there is no button "Reset license" and under "Licenses and Subsriptions" for my Trados Studio 2024 Freelance I see "Users 1" ; "In use 0; and "Available 1".
How to activate and open Trados Studio 2024 again.
Note: I have a very close deadline to return the translated project. I would appreciate immediate help.
