Order made for annual subscription but not receiving license

My Trados Studio 2022 annual subscription will expire on October 24.

I uninstalled it and install Trados Studio 2024, made an order for annual subscription and paid for it with PayPal on 22 October. The order/invoice number is 765122. However, I haven't seen the new License in the Section LICENSES & SUBSCRIPTIONS.

What should I do? I need the new subscription license before the expiration to continue my work.
