Hello Elisa, I can't remember if that was the link. Should it be?
Did you try to download from the RWS Appstore website or from Trados, from the integrated Appstore?

Maybe check your settings and make sure that the RWS AppStore is checked?
You might have fallen foul of some things we had to do back then in temporarily using a Private AppStore.
