Reactivation of my license

In September, 2022, I purchased a Trados Studio 2022 license.

I installed the program and used it until recently.

When I tried to run the program today, I was told that my license had expired.

The license I purchased is a perpetual license, however.

When I tried to enter the activation code shown in my Trados account, I was told that the license is deactivated.

I do not recall deactivating it, however.

I also tried to run Trados on my notebook computer, the result was the same.

What do I need to do for reactivating my license and running Trados again?
