Dear Sir/Madam,
I need an Activation Certificate for Trados Studio 2021 Freelance PLUS, in order to activate Trados on my second PC
After upgraded Windows to Windows 11, I had to reinstall Trados, but I failed to deactivate Trados prior to reinstalling it.
How can you help me with Offline activation?
Here is my infos :

I failed to deactivate Trados prior to reinstalling it.
You should be able to self-serve to resolve this one. You may be able to reset your own license by using the Self Service option in your RWS account for Trados Studio 2021.
