In the past, I had no problems deactivating and reactivating my Trados Studio 2021 licence, but now I am getting this error message:
“Deactivation failed. Could not connect to the activation server. Check the activation server address in the provider settings. - The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden.”
I can no longer deactivate the licence and am stuck. I am using Windows 11 in case this info is useful. How can this get fixed? Thanks a lot for your help.
