Hi all,
I had to reinstall my copy of Trados Studio 2002 Freelance and now the software requires me to activate my licence.
I get the message "No licences are currently available for the specified activation code", I suppose because my previous installation is still using the one licence available.
What should I do? Deactivate my licence or reset it from my account?
Also, why is deactivation called "offline deactivation" in my account?

Please reset from your account, Products and Plans - Licenses.
Deactivation is done from Trados, Help - Product activation, but you can no longer do that, since you reinstalled.
