Unable to activate/deactivate/reactivate my licence

Question

Good morning, 
 I have a Studio 2011 Freelance Plus licence in use since 2013. Theoretically, I had an extra activation that I could use on a second PC. Recently, I bought a new computer. First, I tried unsuccessfully to use the extra activation on this new computer (I tried both online and offline). In view of the fact that this was not possible, I tried to deactivate the main licence on my old computer but was unsuccessful too. Now I cannot activate, deactivate or reactivate the licence on any of my computers, so I can no longer use Studio. Could you please help me reactivate the licence on my old computer (SocketError2-77)? Now, for me, that&rsquo;s the most urgent thing. Thank you.

Hi Pilar, 
 Trados 2007, Trados Studio 2009, 2011 and 2014 and the third-party licensing technology that supports these products have reached their end of life and therefore end of support some good years ago. 
 The licensing technology has been decommissioned for these products which means that license activation, deactivation and license resets will no longer work on these versions, so I'm afraid we cannot help you with this situation. Whilst you could still use Trados 2011 on the old computer, moving it and reactivating it on a different computer does not work.

OK, Anca, thank you very much. It seems that reactivating my old licence on my old computer doesn't work either: once deactivated, it's lost for ever. It's a shame!
