I renewed my license but I can not log into languagecloud. It says that the account is terminated. Plus I can not access the project I am working on in Trados Studio 2022 (Subscription Freelance) on my laptop. It says that "You don't have permissions to access the file ... This could happen if another user already accepted the associated task." The same happens if I try to access any other file. But it is only me working with the programme. There is nobody file. How can I resolve this situation?
