Since a few years it is no longer possible for us to online de-/activate licenses. So we have do do this with offline activations, what usually works.

Yesterday I needed to activate one free license for myself, but this failed. Today the same.

I'd like to know and understand what's the issue with this, as we need Passolo for translations of our GUIs.

Detail: We are using Passolo 2015 licenses with Passolo 2011. (Yes, I know that both are end of life. Nevertheless they should keep running with sold licenses, right?)

Error Message on the website, shown after long waiting time with turning circle:
"There was a problem retrieving your activation certificate, please check your installation ID or contact support."
