Trados 2021 status: Need to reactivate?

Hello,

The status of my RWS account and Trados software is different.

The status on RWS account site: "Users 1 In use 0 Available 1"

The software's status:  "Activated"

I think that the status on RWS account should be "In use".

I wonder if I can use the software without problems.

Could you help to deal with this issue?
