1. My current (activated) Studio Freelance 2021 is on my desktop in the USA. I currently am in Poland with a new computer.
2. I can log into my RWS account and download and install a trial version of SDL 2021. I can also download and install Multiiterm.
3. In order to update any of my current product to perhaps - Studio 2024 with AI and add a support contract and perhaps some training - I found in community center some (perhaps out of date)
details indicating I would first need to launch my application from my desktop (in the USA and I don't have access to ) and DEACTIVATE my license for SDL 2021 from which point I would be able
to UPGRADE the 2021 version to the aforementioned 2024 version and maybe support and training.
4. I cannot deactivate my 2021 version from my account, nor from my new computer which is supposedly the 2024 Trial Version, nor is there ANY intuitively obvious way to get to upgrade and purchase
the new product.
Oh, and there is nobody to call and no chatbot capable of getting past this issur.
Any guidance would be appreciated.
