QUESTION: DEACTIVATION FAILED FOR UPGRADE TO VER. 2024

Dear all,

I've purchased the upgrade from Trados Studio 2019 Freelance to Trados Studio 2024 Freelance in this September. Then, I try to deactivate the license of 2019 version on Trados Studio in order to go through the upgrade procedure, but I cannot perform the deactivation. An error message was shown: "Deactivation failed. We cannot connect to the Activation Server."

I also cannot deactivate it in offline mode on Trados Studio.

Could you tell me what I should do to deactivate the previous license for the upgrade?
