After deactivating Trados Studio Professional 2021 on the desktop app, I tried to click "Upgrade" on my RWS online account, but it wouldn't work.
The message I received: "In order to process this upgrade, please return any in use activations."
I tried closing the desktop app and reopening it, but nothing changed.
