Problem deactivating Trados Studio 2019 on an old computer.

Hello Community. I have tried to deactivate one of my 2 activations of Trados Studio 2019 on an old computer, so that I will be able to transfer the activation to a new computer. I did try to use the first online option, but I received a server error. Then I tried to use the offline deactivation method, but I also received an error when generating the certificate. I don't find clear explanations in the forum to be able to solve the problem.
