Cannot activate Trados Studio 2024; there is a message saying "Your cloud account has reached the maximum number of registered users" - but I am the only user!

URGENT: This morning, my Trados Studio 2022 subscription expired. I immediately purchased a subscription to Trados Studio 2024, and as I recently bought a new computer, I decided to download and install the program on the new computer instead of the old one. However, when I try to activate the subscription using my Language Cloud details, I get the following message: "Your cloud account has reached the maximum number of registered devices for the current subscription". I only wish to use Trados 2024 on my new computer (the one on which I installed it), I have no wish to use it on any other devices. Please advise, I have no idea how to resolve this situation and I need to get back to work urgently!
