I want to open project with double click from windows file explorer .
The log shows:

Has anyone had this happen to you?

IT may be your file associations are broken. Try a repair of Trados Studio through the windows control panel.
If it still doesn't work come back and give us a bit more info starting with the version of Trados Studio you are using.

The file association it is correct. because the project try to open with trados studio 2021 but after open the application, the project dont load it.
If i opened some projects before, the new windows open with theses projects, if not opened anything, the noew window is opend with nothing
