I deactivated my license on system> 
 Clicked certificate> 
 Coped it> 
 Paste it on Deactivation window box on RWS site> 
 Click Deactivate 
 but didn't worked. 
 I noticed web was slow on this site, so thinking server may be down. 
 This is case of yesterday evening. 
 But, today also same case. 
 May I know the cause, please? 
 I have certificate.
