I’m having difficulty activating Trados on my new computer

I’m having difficulty activating Trados on my new computer. When I click on the “Activate” button, it asks me for my activation code. When I type in my activation code, it says “No licenses are currently available for the specified activation code. Open connection settings?” What should I do?

When I go to "Licenses" in my RWS account, it says "Users: 1" "In use: 1" with the activation date "12-11-2024", which means today. Earlier, it said "In use: 0". So it would seem to indicate that my license has been activated.

Yet when I open Trados Studio, it says “Trados Studio 2022 (Testversion) 28 days remaining.

Then, I click on the “Activate” button, I get asked for my activation code. I type it in and click on the “Activate” button, and then I get the following error message: “No licenses are currently available for the specified activation code. Open connection settings?”

I don’t think it’s helpful to open the connection settings, as I don’t have a problem with my internet connection. What should I do? I have already reset my license earlier today… I’ve run out of ideas.
