after a HDD crash and reinstalling the system we would like to activate the licence. The Studio starts now in 30d trial mode.
We have the same problems as mentioned below. but we neither can´t read the article, which describes the socket problem.
The sdl support refused to help as ist es a end of life product.
We are happy to use it without support, we just need to activate and use it. we bought a timely unlimited full product, not a support licence.
a year ago we got help from the sdl staff so there is surely a way.
perhaps we can access the data on the drive but the old HDD won´t boot.
