Issue with restarting my subscription

I have a subscription product. Once I log out, I cannot log in again as a message appears stating that the number of registered devices in my cloud space has reached the maximum.Screenshot of Trados Studio 2022 SR2 Product Activation screen showing a Subscription tab selected. I must fix this problem as soon as possible.  Thanks for all the help.
