Hello, I am a Trados 2024 user. 
 When I run the above program, a license expiration window pops up, 
 
 and during the process of taking action, the following situation occurs due to the Reset License usage overrun.

Could you please help me with this problem? 
 Or I would like to ask if it is possible to resolve this remotely. 
 Please give me a quick answer so that I can quickly reuse this program.
