Hi! I always get the message "An error has occurred with your offline-deactivation. If you continue to have problems, please Please log a support request. " if I try to hit "confirm offline deactivation". It's been like that for two weeks, so I can't use Studio in my new computer (old one stopped working).
What am I missing? Thank you!
