Changing my license on a new computer

Hi,

I'm a  transator and I work on a Mac. I installed Trados Studio Freelance 2024 with the Subscription license on Windows 11 running on Parallel Desktop for MAC, but the one-month trial period, in order to buy a PC.

So, I have bought a PC running Windows 11 in order to transfer my Subscription license on the new computer.

When I tried to run Trados on the new computer, I have the message saying that I have reached the maximum number of registered devices on the cloud.

But unfortunately, I can not de-installing Trados on my Mac, because I have de-installed Parallel desktop (as the trial period had ended).

Could you please reset my account so I can use Trados on my new computer?
