Activation error after renewal - it worked firstly but then it did not activate anymore

Hi everyone, 
 
 I ordered a renewal and paid for it. And it did worked but right now I cannot use my Trados. 
 I could find my license number. Or do I have to use the old one?

 I believe you have purchased a subscription licence, and with this there is no activation code. You simply select the subscription tab and login.
