My hard disk crashed without my being able to deactivate my trados studio 2019 single user licence. How can I deactivate my license offline - clear steps to follow? I have tried the process on RWS and it failed. I need to activate the license on the new HD installed on my computer by repair store. HELP PLEASE!!!
