Problem with licence deactivation

I am writing to request assistance with deactivating my SDL Trados Studio license. Unfortunately, my previous computer has broken down and I am no longer able to access it to deactivate the license. As a result, I am unable to activate the license on my new computer. Could you please assist me in deactivating the license associated with the name "Jana Vytisková" so that I can proceed with activation on my new computer? I´m using Tradost Studo 2021.
