Passolo 2022 License cannot be borrowed after the computer powered off abnormally.

Question

Hello, 
 We're running into an issue trying to borrow network license of our &ldquo;SDL Passolo 2022 Team Edition&rdquo; licenses. 
 We did the engineering work with the Passolo 2022 team license borrowed in one machine, but the computer powered off abnormally. 
 After the computer restarted, we can use the Passolo 2022 normally , but we cannot return or borrow the license in this machine. 
 In the network License server , the seat occupied by this machine displayed have been checked out ,but the value have kept as 10 after couple of days.

Could you please help check and advise?
