Activation of license does not

I have upgraded to the Trados Studio 2024 version. I was sure I had activated my new license, but apparently, I have only been using a trial version. Now that trial version has expired and I don't know how to activate the license. I have used [what I think is] the activation code from my account. Also, it is stated on my account the license is "in use" and not as deactivated.

I would apprepriate any help to solve this. Please let me know if you need more context.
