Studio 2019 Freelance Plus license deactivation failed

Hello,

I tried to deactivate one of my two Trados Studio 2019 Freelance Plus licences with a deactivation code on my old computer but got the message "An error has occurred with your deactivation". However, when I try to open Studio again on that computer I can't, the licence isn't active. On my account page it is showing that both licences are still in use. 

How can I fully deactivate the licence on the old computer to allow installation on my new one? Is there anything else I can do myself, or does someone have to change this in my account?

I'd be very grateful for any help - many thanks in advance.
