I have Trados Studio 2022 Freelance Plus since 2022. I cannot find more specific information on the exact version of the software.

It worked fine on both, my desktop and my laptop.

In October 2024, the laptop license was suddenly deactivated. I reset the license but now it is deactivated again.

The information in my account tells me that both licenses are in use, and that no license is available for activation any more.

But I am using only one of the two licenses because one of them is deactivated.

Entering the activation code of my desktop license does not activate the laptop license.

How can the laptop license be permanently activated again without resetting the license?
I am afraid of having two deactivated licenses if I try to reset the license again.
