Dear community,

I have Trados Studio 2021 (Trados Studio 2021 SR2 - 16.2.9.9198) and I would like to know how I get access to the 6M characters of Language Weaver included in every Studio Version.

I've already been working with Language Weaver in the past and I had a starter subscription in Language Weaver but I cancelled it as I didn't need it by that time. Now I learned through a webinar provided by RWS on how to use NMT that in every studio version you have 6M characters of Language Weaver included. I wrote an E-Mail to RWS and they confirmed the 6M free characters and told me I don't need a subscription for that.

The thing is when I go to project settings and I want to add a cloud-based resource the list is empty. There are no machine translation models to choose from. I logged into my account at Language Weaver and there it tells me my subscription expired. 

So the Trados support told me I don't need to sign up for a subscription but in the Language Weaver account I'm told I need to reactivate my subscription. So do I need a Language Weaver subscription or not? Besides the question if I need a subscription managing or let's say updating the subscription in Language Weaver doesn't work anyway.

I hope someone can help me on how to add machine translation to my project. In the webinar there was a demonstration where they said you can add NMT by adding a cloud-based resource in the Translation memory and machine translation settings. But as I said above in the cloud-based resources window the list is empty. I've already been working with NMT but some years ago with an older studio version.
