Go to Windows settings, chose Apps, go to Standard apps, scroll down to see Chose apps according to file name extension and change the file associations there. This is typical memoQ, it steals all translatable files and resources from Studio. But this is simple to solve.
As for TS2024 and TS2021 - an activated TS2021 should remain functional even after installing TS2024. But as I am not sure, maybe Paul could confirm this. Thanks, Paul.

Dear Jerzy,
Thank you for your help! I followed the steps, but when I click on MemoQ extension to choose Studio, Studio is not proposed. Only Microsoft Store.
You simply need to chose the option to select other programs. Studio is installed here: C:\Program Files (x86)\Trados\Trados Studio\Studio18
Simply point windows to SDLTradosStudio.exe in that location. This will work.
