I just purchased an upgrade from trados 2019 to Trados 2024, I have downloaded and installed the file, but I can't see the product appear in the Licences and Subscription tab of my account. Where will I get the activtation code from?

You get the activation code by processing the upgrade. The upgrade is in your RWS account, Products and Plans - Licenses: https://oos.sdl.com/asp/products/ssl/account/mylicenses/licenses.aspx Please click on the blue ribbon and follow all the steps to process your upgrade.

Ah! I see! Brilliant, I saw the ribbon but assumed it was another path to upgrade. Didn't want to risk buying a second copy! Thanks, I think that's all sorted!
