Error in licensing. Bought a "perpetual licence" and got a one year subscription.

Question

Good morning 
 
 II bought I one "perpetual" Trados Frelance 2024 license on Thursday November 28. 
 I then received a confirmation message that i had a one "year subscription" . 
 I need to have this corrected to a "perpetual" licence. 
 
 Please advise.
