Can't activate Studio 2017 licence

When I tried to open Trados Studio 2017 today (Sat, 30 November) the activation wizard opened and said that my licence had expired. This can't be the case because the licence is not time limited. I successfully reset the licence, but when I try to activate it, I receive an error message saying "Activation failed. Could not connect to the activation server". I can't find anything wrong with my internet connection, so I don't know where the problem is or what to do. It's quite urgent, as I need to finish a translation. Any advice will be appreciated.
