Error message upon installing Trados 2024

Question

Hi, 
 I received the following error message upon installing Trados 2024. Please help install the product. 
 SuiteLoad Exception 
 Error reading the suite file, C:\Program Data\Package Cache\Trados\TradosStudio2024\TradosStudio.suite
