InterpreterException while installing Trados Studio 2024

Hi,

I have just bought an upgrade from Trados Studio 2021 Freelance to Trados Studio 2024 Freelance.

I upgraded the licence, uninstalled Trados and MultiTerm on my computer, and tried to install the new version.

However, when I try to install the 2024 version, I get this error message:

Error message window titled Trados Studio 2024 with a red cross symbol indicating an error occurred and the program was aborted. It suggests generating a debug log and contacting technical support. The error details mention 'InterpreterException' and a code snippet with 'ProductInfo.Family' and 'Version' references.

I cannot understand what the problem is and now I have no working Trados Studio on my PC.

Could you help me solve this issue please? Thanks!
