Hi Boris,

Since you mentioned using a VPN, please keep in mind that the Freelance edition of Trados does not work on domain based networks, you need a domestic network in order to use it.

I have verified your account and with one exception, all the other the Freelance Plus licenses appear in use - both activations, so please try to Reset the license you are using from your RWS account. 

To reset your license from your RWS account  please go – Products&Plans - Licenses&Subscriptions as indicated in the article below:

gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge

Please note the process can take around 30 minutes.

Thank you, Anca.  The translator was able to activate the available license by updating the Trados software from 16.1.4 to 16.2.12.

Hello again, Anca.

Could you confirm that the license ending in fb532 still has one activation available?  The translator is trying to use it, but he receives the same message as above ("Activation failed. Could not connect to the activation server. Check the activation server address in the provider settings. - The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden.")
