I purchased a Trados Studio 2022 Freelance Plus perpetual licence on 09/29/2023. I now have a new computer and I cannot deactivate the licence on my previous computer because the display is damaged. How do I use this licence on my new MacBookAir?

Hi Paola,
If you can no longer access Trados from your old computer, please reset your license from your RWS account – Products&Plans - Licenses&Subscriptions as indicated in the article below:
gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge
Please note the process can take around 30 minutes.
And you mentioned you have a Mac computer now.
Trados Studio is an application built for the Microsoft Windows environment. Trados will not install or run directly on the Apple Macs operating system – MAC OS X.
However, there are two solutions that will enable you to run Trados Studio on an Apple Mac - you can use Boot Camp to install the application and alternatively, virtual machine software can be used, such as Parallels or VMware.
This article explains in more detail how to run Trados Studio on an Apple Mac - https://www.trados.com/support/how-to-run-sdl-trados-studio-on-an-apple-mac.html
